Patra's PRIDE Business Resource Group aims to combat discrimination and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce where LGBTQ+ employees can feel comfortable, confident and be our whole selves in the workplace. The PRIDE BRG will advocate for inclusive policies and programs and educate our teams on what it’s like to be LGBTQ+ in today’s workforce. PRIDE will bring awareness and understanding through allies, education, communication, and collaboration. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are woven into our purpose and values, and we value our employees' unique differences and perspectives.

The Trevor Project

The Trevor Project's mission is to end suicide among gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people.We are the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ young people. The organization works to save young lives by providing support through free and confidential suicide prevention and crisis intervention programs on platforms where young people spend their time: our 24/7 phone lifeline, chat, text. We also run TrevorSpace, the world’s largest safe space social networking site for LGBTQ youth, and operate innovative education, research, and advocacy programs.

Our mission is to create a caring, just, and affirming world for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them. We envision an equitable, inclusive world where every LGBTQ+ person is safe, celebrated, empowered, and loved.
